The organizers of the first CISM Cadet tournament held a technical meeting of the upcoming competitions.
Director of CISM Games Colonel Joseph Bakari and Deputy Head of the FAI of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (for sports work) CSKA Colonel Oleg Parkhomenko made presentations, outlined the goals and objectives of the upcoming Games, and also discussed key issues of the tournament with the heads of delegations.
